Marzi Refund Policy

 

At Marzi, a Mera Mann Venture, we pour our heart and soul into creating one-of-a-kind, custom hand-painted gifts, tailored just for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns, outlined below.

 

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

  • Customized Products: Every product at Marzi is meticulously handcrafted and personalized to meet your unique preferences. As such, we adhere to a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy. We kindly ask our customers to respect the time, effort, and artistry that goes into each piece.


Damaged or Defective Items

While we ensure the utmost care during production and packaging, unforeseen circumstances during transit may cause damage.

  • Reporting Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at info@marzi.co.in/ +91-70208 35047 with your order details and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Investigation Process: Once we receive your report, we will investigate the issue to assess the damage and confirm if it occurred during shipping.
  • Store Credit: If your damage claim is approved, you will be issued store credit equivalent to the value of the damaged item.

    • Store Credit Timeline: The store credit will be issued within 7 days after the damage claim is approved.
    • Validity: The store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance and can be used for future purchases on Marzi.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect Customization Information: Marzi is not responsible for any errors in customization (e.g., names, messages, or colours) provided by the customer. Please ensure that all personalization details are correct at the time of order placement.
  • Change of Mind: Since our products are custom-made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after the order has been placed.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as production begins immediately. We recommend double-checking all details before finalising your purchase.


Colour and Design Variations

  • Each Marzi product is hand-painted, and slight variations in color, design, and finish are part of the unique charm of handcrafted items. These differences do not qualify as defects and, therefore, are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
