  • Eligibility: By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase.

 

2. Product Information

  • Customization: Marzi specializes in custom hand-painted and personalized products. Each item is uniquely created based on the information provided by the customer. Please ensure all details (such as names, dates, and colours) are accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Handmade Nature: As all products are handmade, minor variations in colour, design, or texture may occur. These variations add to the uniqueness of the product and are not considered defects.

 

3. Order Processing

  • Production Time: Due to the custom nature of our products, it may take 7-10 business days to complete an order before shipping. This production time is in addition to the shipping time.
  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please review it carefully and contact us within 24 hours if there are any errors. After this period, we will begin production, and changes to the order may not be possible.

 

4. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Time: After the order is dispatched, delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on the location.
  • Shipping Fees:
    • Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹1999.
    • For orders below ₹1999, a standard shipping fee of ₹199 will apply.
  • Delays: We strive for timely delivery but cannot be held responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds or Returns: As our products are customised and hand-painted, we follow a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with photos of the damage. Upon approval of the damage claim, we will issue store credit.

    • Store Credit Timeline: If your damage claim is approved, the store credit will be reflected in your account within 7 days.

    • Validity: The store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance and can be used toward future purchases on Marzi.

6. Payment

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will remain applicable.
  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure online payment options. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

  • No Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it enters our production process immediately and cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.


8. Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: All content on the Marzi website, including but not limited to product designs, images, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Marzi and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our explicit permission.
  • Customization Requests: By submitting custom design requests, you confirm that you hold the rights to any names, logos, or messages submitted. You grant Marzi the right to use this content for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

 

9. User Conduct

  • You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using our site to:
    • Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
    • Misrepresent your identity.
    • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the website.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Marzi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, including but not limited to, delays in delivery, loss of product, or errors in customization due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • We may use third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, and shipping couriers) to facilitate our business. By using Marzi, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the actions of third-party services or any issues arising from their use.
