At Marzi, a Mera Mann Venture, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-hand-painted and personalized gifts straight to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy below to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Since our products are uniquely hand-painted and crafted with care, they require time to be prepared. Orders typically take 7-10 business days for production before they are shipped.
  • For bulk orders or during festive seasons, please allow extra time for processing. We will keep you informed via email in case of any delays.

 

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above 1999 across India.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below 1999, a flat shipping fee of 199 will be applied.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically take 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
  • Shipping is available across India from our headquarters in Nagpur City.

International Shipping

  • International Orders: We are pleased to offer international shipping! For customers outside India, we request that you contact us directly at info@marzi.co.in / +91-70208 35047 for shipping arrangements and assistance.
  • Shipping Fees & Delivery Times: International shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination. We will provide detailed shipping options once you reach out to us.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking details. This will allow you to monitor your package in real time.


Delivery Timeframe

  • After dispatch, standard delivery times range between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.


Address Modifications

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order placement. We cannot make changes once the order has been dispatched.

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the shipping fee for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
